The incompetency here is UNBELIEVABLE. The doctors are okay but the rest of the staff do not communicate with each other, or the patients at all. I have been dealing with these people for three weeks now, trying to get forms filled out. I have faxed them 4 copies and physically brought 2 and they look at me blankly every single time. They "filled" out two of them and lost them and said they would fill out the others and call me when they are done. NEVER HAPPENS. I have no idea what is going on here or who is running this but they need to figure this out. Absolutely ridiculous! I am going to miss out on three weeks worth of pay because of this.Not to mention all my gas money form the times they told me to come in and the doctors said I didn't need to. DO NOT come here if you have other options or any sense.
First, let me say that Dr. Borge is amazing! However, the wait times at this clinic are outrageous. On more than one occasion, I've had to wait an hour passed my appointment to be seen...
I have never had a problem with Dr. Borge or his staff. They were always nice and friendly. I had special circumstances with my pregnancy and he took care of me from the start, I never had to worry about anything and I felt confident with all of the decisions that he made. Best ob I have ever had.
Thank you so much for your concern it took me over a week to try and get ahold of someone the way I was passed down like a guinea pig two different internship doctors other words for other people to understand that only they practicing nurses does fuel good doctor still there much as I hate to post this up and tell her the truth you guys getting bigger and better but one thing you're missing good communication with your patience if you guys cannot pinpoint a patient's issues send them to a real professional at least do that and Guy them the medical board of Tulare County one of the board directors personally I know him Brown I'm not saying anymore but if you miss being treated send me a message I will got her all my information to help other people sooner or later they're going to poison someone and stop Googling everything through your phone diagnostic patients illness even I know that and I did not go to Harbor School
I had to have my mother in law take my daughter for her appointment because I had to work. As I was reading her patient summary it had a ton of diagnosis on it that the doctor had never discussed with me. Well after looking closer at the paper work I realized it belonged to another patient and the prescription was also not hers. Looks like whoever took the papers off the printer just hand3d over everything without checking names. I am a nurse and understand we get busy, but this is someone's personal information. When I called to let them know the next day I was told to just shred the other 2 patients papers like it was no big deal. My daughter's prescription wasn't even signed so basically the appointment was a waste of time. The doctor seems to be amazing but front office needs to be more careful. The wait time is also very long (about 2 hours).
