Long lines. Too many service charges. Personally I do not bank there. Perhaps B of A is too big to care.
Just opened a new account yesterday with the help of Michelle Valencia. The closest branch for the Credit Union I had is 2 hrs away so needed to switch. Michelle is very personable and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable talking with her and asking questions. Great experience.
